I chose this hotel for its close proximity to the Miami Beach Convention Center, but I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly service and homey feeling. I also enjoyed the delicious Cuban food at the nearby restaurants and the variety of menu options for kids. The poolside Tiki bar was a lovely spot to relax with drinks and grilled menu options.
Front desk staff is rude.
